Full details of how to fit and the tools required will be enclosed with your blind.

The blind says I can wash it – please explain how!

All our washable blinds are delivered with full washing instructions. Basically you put your slats rolled up in a pillowcase on a 40 degree wash and remove before spinning.
Please note that not all blinds are washable!!

I just ordered a blind – what happens now?

After we have received your order, we wait for 24 hours, just in case you need to make any adjustments to the order. You will then receive an acknowledgement via email. Your blind will go into production and as soon as it is complete and passed to the packing department, we will email you again and advise you of the dispatch date.
Our couriers work on a next day service.

The courier has delivered a damaged box – what should I do?

We do take every precaution to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. If however you do receive a damaged delivery, please sign for the goods as damaged and report the problem to us as quickly as possible. We will then arrange for a replacement blind and collect the damaged package.

What is the difference between top Fix and Face Fix fittings?

Top Fix clips are designed to hold the track from the top – which means that the fitting holds the track from above and is therefore ideally, designed for a recess blind.

Face Fix brackets hold the blind away and are usually fixed to the frame. This fitting is used for Bay windows, angled bays and conservatories. By holding the blind away from the windows means that the handles and any fittings will not interfere with the movement of the blind.

What are my options with a vertical blind?

We offer the choice of three different coloured tracks – Brushed Steel – White and Chocolate Brown. You can select the colour you require on the ordering page. In addition you will need to select how you want your blinds to work. For example if you have a patio door with the static door on the left hand side , you would normally order Left hand Control and Left hand bunch. This means that your controls and the stacking side of the blind will be on the left hand side, on the side of the door that you do not use and therefore out of the way.
